I wanted to add an update to my review Nov 2022. The CEO and the head of the Hoboken facility are extremely great and helpful. They listened to me and nicely stated they wanted to correct what went wrong which they did. It shows their commitments to their customers and their willingness to help. I wish I could give them zero stars. Please do not waste your time going to this location. They give you wrong information regarding the appointments. They schedule your appointment with the doctor you request, but surprise you with another and then they tell you that "the doctor we want will do the endoscopy, ultrasound etc. If you want a different doctor, you need to schedule another evaluation session which insurance will not cover". It means there is no coordination between doctors, and they have no system to keep/share your medical record among their own doctors.

Dr Miller had absolutely no bedside manner and proceeded to stick an unnecessary needle in me with no numbing or alcohol swabs for cleaning the area while I screamed in pain, only to tell me I was not ready for the next phase of drainage. When I received a second opinion the next day the Doctor immediately drained my cyst and said it should have been done sooner. Dr. Miller was rude and completely lacked any knowledge necessary.

I scheduled an appointment for a biopsy. I already had my ultrasounds on a disc. When I got there, which was my first appointment ever, the woman at the desk said someone put me in for a follow-up which was not correct. I told them I was there for the procedure and gave her my images. I went in the back went through the whole charade thinking I was getting my biopsy done. The surgeon Dr. Miller finally comes in, does an "Exam" which I did not need and already had this done when I discovered I had a lump, and says she isn't doing the biopsy, and that she normally sends her patients to the radiology place I literally just came from. She leaves and tells me someone will call me. No one ever calls me to make an appointment. I call the radiology place, they tell me they don't know what she is talking about and that they don't do biopsies. I then get a BILL in the mail for $150!!!!!! For her "exam" I didn't even have an appointment for! I am BEYOND pissed. Worst experience ever. I also opened a claim about this bill and it was not entered correctly and was denied. SO now I am forced to pay this scam artist for something I didn't need.
