My friend recommended me Dr. Fernandez after my old obgyn Dr. Fernandez not related retired. I've been going to this office several years, the wait is never too long and Dr. Fernandez is very nice and has excellent bedside manners. I'm very thankful I found a trusting obgny that is nearby, knowledgeable and kind like Dr. Fernandez . God bless you.

Dr. Fernandez is an incredibly skilled surgeon and works with a great team of people. I’ve had multiple surgeries before but have never had such an easy recovery. Highly recommend!

I was pretty disappointed with Dr. Fernandez and the CarePoint practice: 1. They do not measure the baby at the first appointment. They do a quick ultrasound, and verify it's alive and has a heartbeat, but they don't verify the due date until the 12 week scan. This is my 3rd pregnancy and 3rd OB's office - I've never been somewhere that didn't do this, so I was a bit surprised. 2. They don't offer the NIPT until the 12 week scan they can't, since they didn't measure the baby and thus don't have a gestational age. They absolutely refused to work with me on this even though my insurance would cover it for free if I got it done by the end of the calendar year, and eligibility for the test starts at 9 weeks. This means you'd have to wait 3 extra weeks to find out the gender of your baby and any chromosomal abnormalities. 3. Dr. Fernandez himself seemed very rushed, and completely failed to read the room. In my previous pregnancy, I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage at my 8 week scan. I just wanted to know if my baby was alive this time - I didn't need his spiel about the dos and don'ts of pregnancy first - not my first rodeo! The ultrasound itself lasted about 30 seconds - basically, "yup, baby's alive, here's a photo, bye". 4. The front desk made scheduling the next appointment and NT scan a pain. They made me walk back and forth between the two separate rooms not that far, but it was annoying where the doctor appointments and scans were scheduled until I could find a day when they had both available at similar times. Two stars because I don't think Dr. Fernandez is a horrible doctor or anything, and I can understand how other people like him - he just wasn't for me, and there are other practices out there that will offer much more more detailed scans, earlier tests, etc.

Dr Fernandez is amazing, and the nurses are all friendly. He’s taken good care of me. He listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. He finds a solution to any problem. I would definitely recommend getting an appointment with him. Appointments are easy to get and waiting room time is always short. If I could give more stars I would. He’s definitely the best: Thank you dr Fernandez

I needed a hysterectomy and this is not an easy time to go to a hospital, but I was recommended to Dr. Fernández as a top notch specialist in the field. In the hospital I was scared that my choices were not going to be welcomed. But from the moment of the pre-op, to the procedure and later discharge, I was met with caregivers that were both caring and giving! I was humbled by the human element from the personnel that took very good care of me, and they were many, and they were plenty! Those who I won’t remember their names nor seen half of their faces, and yet they’ll remain in my heart as a beacon of light in a time of darkness, where fear and pain was met with empathy and love. A very special thanks to my surgeon Dr. Fernández, who after a very long 12 hour shift, showed up to check on me personally! understanding, supportive and reassuring. I was dumbfounded and moved by my experience… This restored my faith in humanity and the profession!

I am not usually one to write reviews about anything or anyone but Dr. Fernandez's outstanding care warrants one. Dr. Fernandez has been my OB for 8 years and I recently delivered a baby under his care July 2015. For all of the time I have known him, Dr. Fernandez has taken exceptional care of me. He always takes his time to explain and answer any questions. Never once have I felt rushed or that I didn't feel confident about anything we had discussed and his bedside manner puts you at complete ease to open up to him. He made me feel safe and secure that my baby and I were both taken care of especially during some early challenges in my pregnancy and then going into early labor. There is a peace of mind in working with a doctor who you feel is so trustworthy, committed and kind. I recommend Dr. Fernandez wholeheartedly without a single hesitation.

Dr Fernandez is a wonderful doctor—he’s helped me through 2 pregnancies and a miscarriage and the care I’ve received is nothing less than 5 stars. But on top of that he also had a great bedside manner—he makes you feel like a person and not a patient. His calming presence is exactly what you want from an OB as things can get stressful during the 40 week pregnancy and during labor. For my last delivery January 2018 he made all the right calls and my l&d experience was such a good one. Can’t say enough good things about him.

I just gave birth to my beautiful baby girl Harper on August 9 2017. Luckily I found Dr. Fernandez on yelp & it was the best decision I think I've made doctor wise my entire life. If I can give him 10 stars or even 100 I know I would! From the very first visit in his office I felt completely at ease & comfortable with him. His approach with me & I'm sure all his patients is so warm & the laid back. Like an old friend you have known your whole life, yet professional & concerned with your health. Everyone in his office has been nothing but professional which I am a huge stickler for. I could never thank him enough but I'm hoping this review brings more people to him so they can experience exactly what I did! Great care Clean, friendly, professional office and staff Knowledgeable doctor with a great personable approach.

Dr. Fernandez has been my OB for all three of my daughters. He and his team have been wonderful throughout all of my pregnancies and even when I thought I was pregnant but wasn't. They care and truly treat you like family! I highly recommend Dr. Fernandez and the entire Women's Integrated Health team.
