My wife fractured her wrist the Monday night before Memorial Day. Dr. Isaac saw her Tuesday and performed surgery on Thursday at a Jersey City surgical center. The bone had to be realigned with a plate and screws. It went like clockwork. After recovery and occupational therapy which Dr. Isaac recommended in Hoboken, she has full function as if the wrist had never been injured. We highly recommend Dr. Isaac.

This office is absolutely great! The front desk staff was always helpful and very polite. Dr. Isaac is phenomenal, did my mom’s carpal tunnel release surgery and she recovered perfectly. Highly recommend, they’re the best!

If I could, I would certainly give Dr.Isaac Roman negative stars. I went in with a broken hand and when I tell you he is very inconsiderate, HE IS VERY INCONSIDERATE. He looked at my hand for 3-4 seconds and was like “yes it’s broken but no surgery needed”. Also had mentioned there’s no need for surgery, and now I’m stuck with a bone popping out of the back of my hand and he has the audacity to smirk at me when I say I’m financially unstable to pay for this. It’s been two months and my hand is fully healed, I went to another surgeon and HE even mentioned the doctor who’s worked on this had not checked the hand properly whatsoever. Would really recommend you guys staying away from this doctor, especially if you don’t want to be scammed.

From the time they called me for.my first appointment in Feb. After being referred this practice and Dr. Isaac has been great to me. Had surgery scheduled then had to wait on covid shut down , as soon as it was possible had my wrist revisions done 6 weeks ago and my range of motion in my wrist ihas improved more than it had for 2 years. I like and appreciate all the people of this practice . Dr. Isaac is the best and has a great bedside manner too along with his PA. Great job .

I had a ganglion cyst surgery. The procedure was not complicated as he mentioned but I was nervous so I bombarded him with questions in each office visit! He is very calm and has great active listening skills which would in turn make you trust him with your health. He answers each and every one of your questions with patience to address your concerns. He would explain the whole procedure and clarifies what to expect after surgery. I really appreciate his bedside manners which turned one of the scariest experiences into a memorable one for me. I am still recovering but I feel positive about the surgery and had no complications so far.

Dr. Isaac did a fantastic job when he performed surgery on my mother after she fell and broke her wrist in two places. During the follow up visits to his office, we never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions. He has a kind and gentle demeanor that is very comforting. Office visits were on time in fact, we arrived about a half hour early for the first follow up visit and were taken in immediately, spoke to Dr. Isaac for a few minutes, my mother had an x-ray done, we spoke to Dr. Isaac for another few minutes and were walking out the door at the time the appointment was actually scheduled for. His staff is professional, courteous and very friendly. They helped my mother find a couple of places near where she lives for physical therapy and she now has full use of her hand and wrist. I would highly recommend Dr. Isaac to anyone.

Dr Roman Isaac is incredible... 2 yrs ago I was in an auto accident... right wrist. .. with complete break of radius.. also damage to right and left shoulders.... my first ortho Dr took care of the break.... then surgery of the right TFCC multiple tears.... I was in physical therapy over a year...I was at a total standstill.. left shoulder would not go above my waist...right wrist 24 hour constant pain and severely limited range.this is my power hand.. Joe at Sports Care who is my PT dr..gave me Dr Isaac 'S office number....I started with my wrist...Dr Isaac ordered Arthrogram of the wrist...Dr Isaac WAS THE FIRST DR WHO WENT THRU THE MRI IMAGES WITH ME.. I have permanent damage BUT Dr Isaac said he can get me more range of motion... with an injection and specific PT. ITS AMAZING.. Next I asked him to treat my left shoulder.. Again Arthrogram and WOW. Dr Isaac showed me the images and I have a torn posterior anterior larbral tear which needs surgery...Dr Isaac has an incredible staff .. his authorization staff said you get me the PIP LEDGER. And I'll get your surgery authorized.. Within 2 weeks they had the auth.. SURGERY went so well... within 6 weeks my arm will go just about straight up... I am so HAPPY..and elated....I tell everyone how incredible Dr Isaac is and his staff...I NO LONGER WILL HAVE TO THINK ABOUT AT SOME TIME AN ASSISTED LIVING...IM GETTING MY LIFE BACK. YEAH...

Excellent doctor, i work with my hands and damaged my finger pretty bad, Dr Isaac did an excellent job putting it back together, recovery has been smooth and i am glad i trusted him with this procedure. My hand is now back to normal!

Dr Isaac saved both of my elbows. After years of debilitating pain, and seeing numerous experts with no improvement, Dr Isaac was the one who solved my problem. He recommended avoiding surgery and trying plasma rich platelets, PRP injections. I am finally pain free and able to return back to playing tennis. Great doctor, compassionate , caring and best dressed doctor that I've ever been to.

Dr. Isaac stitched my thumb after a nasty kitchen accident. He did a great job - no scar, little pain, and his followup was a great help when I wasn't sure I'd be able to use it to play my instrument. Full recovery, thanks, Doc!
