Benny's Car Wash and Oil Change

Bennie’s has really slacked off in the last few years. The high quality service they used to offer has vanished to be replaced by half-hearted service. They seem to only be interested in the quick drive-thru wash. I always went there the last 20+ yrs as it was the best place in town to get a good cleaning, including shampooing the carpets, vacuuming the trunk, etc. Now, I still pay $43 for the cleaning but you have to ask them to vacuum the trunk, clean the gasoline door, get bugs off the front, etc. I never had to ask before....they just did it. And last time I was there a month or so ago, the carpet shampoo system was busted...for the second time! So, after 2 poor quality jobs at the Airline location, I took my wife’s car to the Essen Lane location. It was even worse. They can’t even shampoo your carpets?? After being a faithful client for 25(?) years, I am moving on. Bye, Benny. You WERE the best.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!! I PAID TO HAVE IT CLEANED MORE AND IT LOOKS GROSS!!! They have stupid kids do it, not professional at all! No one knows what the heck they are doing 😡😡😡 I HATE THIS PLACE! The manager offered to do it again but why would I waste another hour? I left my car there for almost 8 hours!!!

Quick and easy. Only complaint is that they said they'd call when my car was done (I dropped it off) but they never did.

Currently writing this while going through carwash on Greenwell. Brad (has braces) is literally screaming and cursing at people in their vehicles to "hurry the F up..come on people let's go!" Maybe you picked the wrong job if you're that annoyed.
