Benny's Car Wash & Oil Change

UPDATE - Last time I went, they did not make me replace my windshield wipers. So I guess I was wrong - review changed to 5 stars. Original review - Don't come here to get your inspection sticker. I'm pretty sure they force you to buy new windshield wipers every time. I will test this theory next time I go and update. Otherwise I like the place.

Pretty sad when the manager, Hanz, had complaints towards us the customer. Paid for a wash.... the front end looked like it was even touched. We were told that WE could prep the address if we wanted and they would send it through again. Starts getting an attitude with us when he had to get his hands dirty to complete the job we paid for. His comment was "I don't understand what I did wrong".... Well, if you have to ask..... That's pretty sad

I went to get my car inspected. They were super fast and friendly. I also learned they inspect cars on Sundays. They also don't over charge. I mention this, because some places in Baton Rouge do. If I ever decide to get my car washed or detailed, I will return for those services. They are my offical place to get my car inspected.

Just got a car wash here and it looks like I never even got one. My car and windows are still dirty and the carwash actually chipped paint off the hood of my car, and before you ask, no the chips weren't there before. Theres also still bugs on the front of my car. I bought this car from a dealership less than 5 months ago, there shouldn't be any problem cleaning it or getting bugs off. The vacuums are really good and I managed to make the interior look great with them, but there isn't even enough of those either.

Chase was super polite and helpful. I believe this is the 2nd time I've dealt with him and he has been super nice both times. Even offered me some bottled water while I waited. The Benny's team works quickly. I had both an oil change and an inspection done and was out of there in no time. Also a short dark-haired girl (didn't catch her name) assisted this time as well and was also very friendly and helpful.
