Pam is a wonderful Property manager; We have been with Pquail for a little over 3 years. She is nothing but professional and always exceeds expectations when it comes to our needs at our property. Whats said below is sad because she always does whats right! Pay your rent, keep your house clean and you will have no problems with them!

This company has looked for any reason to evict my ex-wife and kid from the place they live. It's a crap hole, but she wanted to live there. The owner has a place in the back of the property and has harassed her for anything they do. It is their job to keep the owner happy, but it is also they job to act like professionals and not bullies towards the tenants.

No good! Pam is unkind, inconsiderate, unprofessional, an overall bad person. Be cautious with this company. If at all possible look around before making your final decision!! Advice given from one hard working, honest person to the next.

If they can't double check their spelling on the return address, I wouldn't trust them with my property.
