STAY AWAY FROM THESE 2 LADIES. You will never see your deposit again. They will make up stuff like professional cleaning $200. Yard cleaning $200. Garage cleaning $150. General cleaning $350. Trash $150. Ha! And there goes your deposit. No matter how clean you leave the house. They will try to fix everything before calling a "professional" their contractors suck as well. LISTEN TO ALL THESE REVIEWS... DO NOT RENT FROM RENTAL MANAGEMENT.

My review is as a landlord using this company to manage my property, not as a tenant. As a landlord I am very happy. RMSI came recommended to me by a fellow investor. I've been with them for about 6 months. They found me a quality tenant, my check always shows up on time, and I don't have to remind them to take care of certain maintenance things - like annual service for my heater... it just gets done. Their accounting and record keeping is great. I had one issue with my HOA, but they stepped in and dealt with it for me. Problem solved. No HOA drama. Very pleased so far.

RUN and DON'T LOOK BACK! This company is a HUGE RIPOFF! We have EXCELLENT REFERRALS from renting from the past 13 years and these people do not care about you or the rental. Don't expect anything to be maintained or updated. Don't expect things to be fixed without a fight with Carmela or Roseanne. They will barge all over your privacy and want to come running over to your home and try to do some ghetto rigged fix or try to prove to you that that there really isn't a problem before calling a professional to fix it. AND DO NOT EXPECT to see your security deposit. Everything the other negative reviewer stated about their move out experience was our EXACT same experience with this company...to the "T". At one point during the final walk through (after having the apt. professionally cleaned) I thought that perhaps they had completely just lost their minds because the place was so DAMN CLEAN and they were nitpicking about crumbs in the refrigerator door seam but It was really prob just a giant SCAM they do with everyone. OH AND they BANK on you not taking them to court. They SAW the pictures we have of how dirty the place was when we moved IN. We have 200 pics of how DIRTY it was when we moved in and pics of how much cleaner it was when we moved out and they STILL pocketed out security deposit for cleanliness. They sure have a lot of BALLS to bank on the fact that we don't' have time or emotional energy to take them to court and A LOT of experience doing this. Professional rip off artists. Stay AWAY.

This company is awful. DO NOT USE THEM. They rented a home to us that leaked gas and had mold that they had painted over and didn't tell us about. They never killed the mold before they painted over it. Our dog died mysteriously in the home. Then they fought us over everything when we moved out. DO NOT RENT. THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Never rent from these liars again. Plumbing did not work, had to fight them to get the lines snaked 2 to 3 times. Then, when the toilets still wouldn't flush solids without 2 to 3 times flushing, they finally replaced the toilets. They didn't tell me before I moved in I couldn't spray the weeds because the neighbor had threatened to sue them for overspray. So when I moved out, the manager told me they wouldn't charge for yard work to pull weeds by hand. But what did they do? Charged me $200 for yard work! And I left the yard & house immaculate! Caveat emptor!
