Waste Management - Four Corners Hauling

First, their automated menu needs work. It took forever just to get to a person. I was simply looking for the hours for the recycling containers located at the Waste Management Office. Finally a man named Curtis answered and seemed bothered by my question. I had to repeat it twice. What I should have been able to easily find on the website took two calls and not being treated very well. Oh, BTW the hours for the recycling yard are 7-6 Monday through Saturday -- according to Curtis.

Didn't take my trash. Called them up and was told for 90 dollars they could come on Monday. When they just drove past it. Customer service is rude and they have no ambition to keep their customers. Will be moving on to another company.

Horrible Customer Service. I left a box next to the trash barrel because it was too big to fit inside my trash can. They left it lying on the side of the road. I called to see if they could come back and pick it up but was told they do not pick up items next to the trash can. I drive all over town and see trash bags on the side of the trash can. I told the woman on the phone that I would tear apart the box and put it back in the trash can if they could come back and pick it up. She said no. Then she told me she could do the same thing as a courtesy. What??? I just said that. So I tear it apart and it sticks way out of my trash can and there is no room for more trash. Then I get another call saying that they can't come get it and if the trash can is full I have to pay extra for them to come back. He is across the street. It will take him 2 minutes. But apparently they have a schedule to keep. So guess I will be piling my trash on top of the box and they can deal with it when the trash falls out on the way to the truck. As long as it's in the trash can. I have been a customer for 20 years and they can't come back one time as a courtesy.

So my trash wasn't picked today. So I called and they told me it was to full and they won't pick it up if the lid won't shut. I didn't really understand due to the fact my neighbors trash lid wasn't shut and it got picked up.

They are alright. I mean, my neighbors trash seem like they never get picked up because they are REALLY trashy. Just the other day, I saw MAGGOTS on one of their trash cans. Thats nasty.
