We had been looking for a home for a few years, talked with Heidi, even told her about a home we thought was going up for sale soon that we knew about through family. Shortly after I told Heidi about the place, she stopped taking my calls and I found out that she ended up making a deal on that house for some of her other clients. She should have been upfront with us if she knew about the house as well. We have worked with several realtors over the years and I would definitely not recommend Heidi to anyone.

We were looking for an average to keep livestock/horses and told Jody. Showed us one we liked w/10 acres, made offer and $500 earnest deposit. Found it was in city limits and no livestock were allowed. Want out, They refuse to give our deposit back. Jody screwed up. We told her we wanted an acreage for livestock.
