Had the best experience at Berta NYC! I came in looking for a second party/wedding dress and was not disappointed! They had so many different options I knew I would find something that day. I worked with Breyanna and she was AMAZING! She took the time to go through all the dresses with me and made sure my experience was great. While trying on the dresses she even took pictures for me so I can look back at them and send them to my sister to see. 10/10 highly recommend working with Breyanna and Berta NYC!
I visited Berta Showroom in New York City early this month and I cannot find the right words to describe the entire experience of picking out my wedding dresses. I took my mom and my 11-year-old daughter with me and they treated us like queens. I had all these dresses picked in advance from hours of browsing through Berta collections and they had no problems allowing me to try on every single dress I wanted; and of course I could go back to try the final picks to be 100% sure. After Covid my short memory fails a lot and I forgot the name of the girl who helped me directly but she is a beautiful top-model like blonde that I’ve seen on Berta NYC Instagram and she was helpful, kind and patience with me. My daughter was filming me to create a video with all the dresses and I was worried about the time but they actually encouraged her to do it and even help her. The place is beautiful. Perfect for your social media pictures. It’s very comfy for your entourage and the service is sooo personalized and caring that I cannot give them less than a 10+ for all they are and for all they do for you as a customer. Special thanks to Megan that was in communication with me for several weeks prior my appointment. During the appointment she continued helping me and even now she keeps helping me as I wait for my dresses and I have last minute special requests a choker and a robe!! Lol. Megan you’re an amazing asset for Berta NYC. Thank you for all you've done for me.
Came to Berta NYC from Philly and had a very smooth experience! Kim really helped me find the right dress that checked all of my boxes and made me feel comfortable. My mother came with me and asked a bunch of questions and wanted me to try on many styles. Kim was super pleasant, professional, and caring of us and answered any questions we had. We never felt pressured by her and we were happy that she let us have some space to think about our decision. Kim knew right away which dress looked best on me and helped me come to the right decision. When I left NYC I was able to contact Kim easily by phone and email and felt reassured through the whole process. The management at Berta NYC also helped reassure me that we would be able to alter my dress in the way I needed.Services: Custom wedding gown design
I am so excited to be a Berta Bride! From the second you enter you feel so well taken care of. The studio is cozy but chic . The dresses are stunning. This is the one designer that I actually had multiple front runners. Alyssa was the BEST! She was so warm and knowledgeable but didn’t pressure you at all. She listened and was so attentive. I know I’ll be well taken care of through the whole Process!
Found the dress of my dreams at Berta with the help of the wonderful staff! They were able to pull the dresses I originally came in to see as well as provide amazing recommendations for other options. You can snag a really great deal with the showroom samples, or order your exact dress of choice from the entire catalog. Breyanna is the sweetest and was really quick to help research and expedite an order for my upcoming wedding. The dresses are somehow even more beautiful in person, so I highly recommend checking the showroom out!
Walking into Berta we were quickly greeted and treated with champagne. This was an experience! We worked with Kim and she was amazing! I felt absolutely welcomed and listened to. Kim had been able to look at some of the styles I was interested in and they were waiting for me in the dressing room. The first dress I tried on was THE one and I immediately fell in love with it. Of course, per Kim’s recommendations, we tried on several others just to make sure. Even though I did not end up purchasing my dress here, I could not have had a better experience. My consultant was Bryanna, and she truly went above and beyond to make my appointment special. All of my bridal party was allowed to attend which was not the case in some other NYC salons I visited, we were greeted with champagne, and everyone was allowed to shop and pull dresses right from the showroom floor. We were the only party in the store, so it was private and intimate. The dresses were stunning, and my consultant assured me anything could be customized if I wanted it. Overall wonderful experience, and I’d recommend any bride make an appointment here!
My experience at Berta was phenomenal. After a super lackluster experience at Kleinfeld where I felt like all of us brides to be were being herded into dresses like cattle going to Berta NYC was completely different. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so lovely. We were offered champagne off the bat and were given free rein to look around the showroom . This was definitely a luxury experience with the kindest associates. All the ladies working were so sweet and helpful and kind. My stylist Breyanna is absolutely AMAZING and she was so accommodating and really made me feel comfortable and guided me in the right direction when it came to my budget and envisioned style. Any questions I have she is quick to answer via email and she's literally the sweetest with such good energy. 10/10 recommend for that dreamy bridal experience. I had no desire to continue looking in different shops and I found my perfect dress. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for that special bridal experience.
I had an amazing wedding dress shopping experience at Berta! Their gowns are elaborate and so special. I worked with Breyanna who was amazing! She was very supportive throughout the process, and has high energy and a positive attitude. She also has a great styling eye and pulled the gown I ended up buying!
