Came in to have my bracelet cleaned. The store was clean and staff was nice. My bracelet came out looking like new!

Great staff! Very friendly and super helpful. I visited twice and both times, all staff was incredibly nice and attentive. My last visit which was on 7/28/2020, Ambar was great. I will surely be back to give my business to this location.

Whether I'm visiting the Soho location or Atlantic Terminal location, my visits are always easy and stress free. The young ladies and gentlemen are all knowledgeable of their merchandise.

There’re too many people in the store and only three sales. The lady in the front desk even forgot to sign me in after I waited for 20 minutes.
