This was a nice experience, the staff was friendly and heloful. This place has 3 levels and a basement, but guys only get the basement level for male clothing. The styles are european which in my opinion are very nice and unique, definitely helps in setting you apart from the crowd. The only downside, it is overpriced for all their merchedise. The decor inside is very contemporary.
One of my favorite places to buy clothes. The fit is just what I like: fitted but not tight. They also have a wide range of sales and even offer a 10% student discount if you show them your ID. A lot of the men's clothing can get pretty pricey when you can probably get a similar item at H&M
Lots of great items here. Plenty of floors to explore, and good music taste to jam at to boot. It's usually pretty crowded it is in Soho so be prepared to push by people to get at a nice item. Prices are high but designs and quality match the price tag. Sales are pretty solid too-be prepared to do some digging to get a great find.
I really like the brand because they have trendy, urban clothes at reasonable prices. But this location didn't do it for me. They didn't have their characteristically sleek, modern clothes; instead there was lots of denim and the feeling of a less refined store like the Gap.
I was really excited when this store opened, but I have been underwhelmed with each visit. Quality doesn't seem to justify the cost. Clothing is a bit too out there for my taste, and I'm pretty adventurous. Their line with Kate Moss was the only thing I've ever seen that caught my attention, and the prices were a bit too high to stomach.
Make sure whatever you buy you like because the management will find any little reason to deny a refund. Especially if you're of color. I saw a Caucasian couple in front of me return clothes without any problems as soon as I approach the register and try to do a return because of fit all hell broke loose, The manager was finding crazy reasons like the sleeve look stretched . Please I am warning you make sure what you buy is what you want because the return policy on the receipt only applies to white people.
I had a really good experience at top shop I want to share. My cousin, her baby, and I went here to find a dress to wear for me to celebrate my birthday. We were on the 3rd floor shopping when one of the sales associates approached me and told me to come try on my clothes in the special fitting room. She said that my cousin can come and sit in the lounge area with the baby so they could be more comfortable. I was like “omg great!” That wasn’t even the best part. The other associates there told me to relax while they went on the floor and pick out a bunch of outfits that they thought I would like. Even though I was being really picky they kept going back and forth to find something I liked. They even offered us snacks while we waited. I thought that was so special and so sweet of them! I felt like a vip shopper! I will never forget that experience :
Just left, store has a weird vibe. Staff more concerned about seeing if you are going to steal vs actually helping you. The cashier on the 3rd floor wasn’t the nicest asked for ID with a signed debit card my purchase was $450. I purchased some jeans on the 2nd floor as I was leaving and wasn’t asked for ID when I used my card. They definitely discriminate!
Love the brand, and this 3-floor store has a great selection. Friendly, helpful staff, even when it's busy. I recently went on a Saturday night and they had a live DJ. Only downside is for a "fast fashion" brand, some of their items are on the pricy side. However, there are some great deals you can find as well
The store carries variety and interesting look clothes. Price for men clothing is pretty expensive. Honestly this store is just a high end h&m. The clothing material are almost the same between both stores. Tip: they have a student discount of 10% sometimes on holidays a discount of 20%. Great shopping place but it's too rich for my blood.
