Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Been coming here for years. Staff efficient friendly and always making sure Mr Dan is doing his job at the bar. Food always delicious! thanks tucci!

Burned pizza crust, burned potatoes, and dried overcooked chicken picatta. They did make another pizza. They also took off a salad from the final bill. Frankly, it's not worth a return visit.

First time ordering a pickup order top of pizza was over cooked cheese turned to plastic and under the pizza was undercooked. Garlic parm chicken wings were ok. Was overall disappointed.

It was my second time to dine in there. I had really good time with my friends and had good foods. This time visiting, our server Milton was super kind, very friendly, good recommendations for food. We would love to come back soon, I hope Milton would be the our server again. And thank you for the good service and good foods.

We sat at the bar and it smelled of dirty mop water. The smell was too much to enjoy the meal. It just felt grimey. The service was good. The portions of food were huge which is good, you can get two meals out of it. I got the oven baked rigatoni with meatballs but the sauce was watery and nothing about it was baked. I was expecting a baked cheese on the top but it was just chunky, watery sauce that didn't stick to the pasta. The meatballs were wicked good though, nice and moist, tons of garlic. Loved them. The rolls used to be warm and soft but they were room temp and crusty not in a good way. It wasn't worth $18, that's for sure.

Waitress was nice but lettuce so cold to the point it wasn't Desirable to eat you can see how wet the lettuce is from thawing out and with dressing and the chicken was dried out.

This is the first time I've had good service. Our server was on top of their game. The cooks were not. Food was over cooked and the salads were cheaply put together. Don't order the fried calamari. It came out as a hard clump.Food: 1/5

Unfortunately over time this location has degraded from service to the meals. The kitchen has different people and the food wasn’t really what it once was. Seasonal plates that were delicious have not returned. I used to love the butternut squash risotto but have not seen last couple years.

I expected more from this restaurant based on the reviews I has read. The Food was ok but not the best. The wings has too much parmesan so the flavors were lost and it was dry. The pizza was overcooked, sauce was way too sweet and not enough cheese.

We love this particular Bertrucci's location! Love the ambience as we dine in. This time the waiter wasn't as good as the other times and the food was okay but not the normal standard for Bertrucci's as they are having a hard time getting food delivered to them. Can't wait until they are back to normal.
