Out of stock often and pretty impossible to get a staff members help or attention. Better off shopping online. If you need something quick and simple... be prepared to wait in 2 long lines and check out slowly. I ended up finding the same exact items at target across the street for almost 1/2 the price too

Best Buy it is there if you need them. One of the few remaining brick and mortar technology stores in the area. Young staff most familiar with personal electronics. If you have a PC build questions Geek Squad may be able to help but Internet research is best. Glad they are there if you gotta-get-it-now syndrome.

Went in to replace a broken mouse during Covid. Everything was clean, masked, and 6ft apart. They price matched with Amazon at the register with no fuss.

I had a curbside pickup. I responded to the text, and they brought my item out just moments later. I loved it!

Good experience - as always! They even brought it out to my car, which is really best when you're in your PJ's.

No complaints. I did curbside pickup and item was brought out to vehicle described.

Other than the long line standing outside due to covid restrictions The Service was amazing!
