I was in town and thought since I had some extra time I would try and stop by this cricket store to find out how to replace my screen protector. I got insurance and so with the knowledge I had I thought things would go very differently. I was greeted by Kevin who was extremely unprofessional. I told him my situation and he interrupted me and remarked they couldn't help me because I didn't purchase the products at the store. I told him I did in fact purchase everything through the cricket store, then he sighed and went to the computer to look up my account. Then informed me that insurance only covers damage to the phone itself not the accessories. He was very sassy with me and even the other women working were staring at me and making me very uncomfortable in the store. I was the only customer there but they created an environment that felt very unwelcoming. He told me I could contact the company that made my screen protector and see if it was under warranty. I asked for his name because of how bad the service was, where he got this big smile on his face and an attitude like he was happy that I wasn't happy with his service. Being new to cricket this was a very uncomfortable experience and to be talked to as if I should know everything was upsetting to me. I have major anxiety and the way the other employees just watched was even more unsettling to me. Let alone have someone be so unhelpful and act annoyed that they had to do their job. I will never go back to this store due to how I was treated, it was a giant waste of time. Don't recommend.
Staff is very helpful at this location. They work hard to help you with what you need. My concern is out of their control at the store level. You should be able to file a claim in store rather than online or calling somewhere to do it like elsewhere. Also, there should be phone deals for existing customers. When you have had your phone for over 2 years you should be able to get a phone on deal without having to add a line to get said deal. Years of service should count for special deals too.
I have been a Cricket customer since 2003, for 16 years. I have always had reliable service. My rates are always predictable. And every time I go into a Cricket store I receive excellent customer service. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they really know their products and services. I appreciate Cricket!
Nice people that work their. Very helpful.
I bought their service that included a phone. When I wasn't happy with their service I changed networks. Now I have given the phone away to a friend who needed it...but it is locked on their network and refuses to give me the unlock code unless I pay for 5 more months on their service...I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Veryemployees name is the very best. I am super grateful to her for resolving my latest phone/service issue. Oh yeah and cricket wireless is great as well. Good cell service, good prices, amazing employees especially Very
Friendly and attentive service. However, our clerk had very little knowledge on the porting of numbers from another service to cricket, so we spent a couple of hours doing what should have taken 15 to 20 minutes.
20 minutes before closing and the staff seemed very uninterested in helping me replace my phone. I didn't know my PIN, and was told there was nothing they could do because it would take half an hour to reset the PIN and get the new phone working. When I went to a different store the next day, they reset the PIN and activated my phone in less than 10 minutes. I'm not sure if the staff at the Lancaster store was just not trained well or just didn't want to do any work for the last 20 minutes of their shift. Very disappointed in the customer service.
Kind of undecided about Customer service here. Always a line waiting. And they charge you an extra $3.00 to pay your bill in person . If your 1 day late paying your bill add another $5.00. Considering a different wireless provider. Coverage ok . Have had 4 phones go wacko over 8 years.
Great customer service, it's just that a lot of the information on the phones were limited with the tags/description, although they answered questions asked about the specs.
