Great staff service is ok hit or miss when getting cheap phone my last one was 60$ of garbage. Still great staff.

I changed to Cricket from AT&T about 3 weeks ago. My understanding is that cricket is owned by AT&T and uses the same equipment and Facilities. I am now paying$30 a month, for 2 gigabit and unlimited text and talk. That's good for me. If you run out the to gigabits, it just slows the information.

This is the best wireless phone company, the signal is perfect wherever I go, I gaven't had any problem for 10 years. The monthly price is unbeatable, I have unlimited text, data and talk here in the USA and also to call Mexico for a very affordable price.

Tried to buy a phone and they want to charge 25.00 activation, no other place that sells cricket does this. Went to another store and bought my phone, no activation, I already had a SIM card. Worked just fine. This place is a rip off, just a bunch of crooks trying to steal money 25.00 at a time!!!

I really have only visited this place because it is in the mall and something caught my eye and sparked my curiosity. I did not interact with anybody there. They do seem to have a full array of services and phones from simple to Hi tech. Sorry I can't be more specific.

This is the only Cricket store I will go to. Excellent customer service. Andre was awesome.

Very helpful. Fast and friendly. Didnt try to sell me anything I didn't need. Helped me out professionally and timely.
