Customer Service Is Still Alive and Well! It was more than refreshing and quite a pleasant experience to work with an amazing professional like Chris S. His knowledge of Android products and accessories was extensive and he made sure we got two phones that more than met our needs. He was also an expert at transferring information so that we had no interruption of our calling plan, with all our apps, photos and data brought right into our new phones. Thank you for great customer service and a positive experience I won't fear repeating in the future.
My experience today with Chris S was the best I have ever had with any Verizon in 20 plus years with 43 lines of service. Chris was forthright with any pitfalls that I may experience in the next few months until Verizon gets my trade in and gets my bill squared away. Chris and Max O are both great resources. I am confident in referring both Chris S and Max O for any of your Verizon needs. Honesty and integrity are my two requirements in business.
I was very happy with salesman, Max. He was kind, not pushy, and listened to what was important to me. His personality is great for the job! Give him a raise!! I will definitely be back!
If you're looking for a Verizon retailer with excellent customer service, look no further than the location on Lancaster Drive by Sunnyview. I had great customer service twice. Once was when I was looking into their home internet service. I was given honest and accurate information concerning options on plans and equipment. The second experience was when I went back to return the equipment . Unfortunately, the equipment didn't work out for me. However, I'd like to give a special shout out to Itzell, one of the representatives at the store. She was very professional from start to finish. She was patient, thorough and personable during both visits. Thanks Itzell for showing what great customer service looks like. You're an asset to Verizon and I wish you great success!
These guys were great... We stopped on our way through, from Canada to get US phone plans. There were some issues getting everything going, but these guys were friendly & stuck with it til they got it sorted. Thanks for the help!
I had a rude and poor experience at Verizon Corporate on commercial, drove to retail store on lancaster, Sean Westlake provided excellent service, friendly , solved my problems; I ended up buying two phones from Sean, Sean listen to my phone needs and match products to my needs...best customer service ever - Highly recommend Sean Westlake at Verizon on Lancaster for you phone service- total different vibe at this store than the corporate store on commercial. Kudos to Sean for solving my phone needs
Agent Kurt was excellent. A ten out of ten. Reviewed my account and upgraded for better coverage and even saved me money in the process. Explanations were outstanding and spoke at my level with condescending. Even spent the time to register me as a veteran for additional savings. Unconditionally recommend Kurt for any question you have. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, courteous and patient.
The young man that helped go over my bill that increased by $70 over night could not figure out why, he did change some things and got it back within $8 of the normal bill, I still think $165 is way too high for just 2 phones!
Kurt helped me and my family upgrade our phones today. He made the process really easy and understandable. Even brought me tissues when my sun screen was getting in my eyes :’ amazing customer service!
My friend Joey and I went to this store. It was a wonderful experience. I was able to get the phone and tablet that I wanted and Kurt was incredibly friendly and had great customer service. He hooked us up with the best possible deals and we left with smiles on our faces. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality phones and great customer service.
