Best Buy

Ashley (Verizon expert) was wonderful!! We first went to the corporate Verizon store on E.State and were very disappointed in the service we received. I am so glad we decided to stop at Best Buy before we headed home. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and personable! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! She answered every single question that we had and explained everything in great detail. We left with a new phone plan and a new iPhone 8+ and are very happy with our experience! We will be back with any of our cell phone needs and will refer everyone we know!! Thank you so much for making us feel valued and important on a busy Friday night! It’s truly appreciated!

This is the second time in a few months that my husband and I have been into the store for a specific product. Both times we couldn't find anyone to help us after walking around and looking through the TV department for ten minutes. Once we finally found someone yesterday to help us with the television we wanted to purchase he was nice enough and knowledgeable about the product and other questions we had but we were mostly turned off by the whole experience that absolutely no one approached us or asked us if we needed help with anything.

This place could always be better but they are heading in the same direction as SEARS. You notice that there are more and more appliances being brought in and the computer sections are getting smaller and smaller. They don't even have the graphics cards available on display anymore. A lot of the gaming equipment selection has shrunk more and more. The only thing good about this store are the discounts,refunds,exchanges and price comparisons. I wouldn't blame them due to Rockford being the way it is but they hire the wrong employees for these jobs with little to no experience and absolutely no passion.

This is a great place to work full time in the summer, my profession here was an IT Repair person for Best Buy Geek squad and it was fun. The staff are nice, perfect prices and it always feels like home here.
