Best Buy

Can't really fault them. Great choice of products and I found a very knowledgeable and patient associate which makes a change from many outlets. I knew what I wanted and appreciate that you can get hands on with the products that appeal. I have to experiment for a while before I commit, though, and I am able to do that in Best Buy. The price drop on my shiny new laptop that I had my eyes on clinched the deal. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Best Buy has been kinda amazing in recent years, after all their money & management problems. I'd give them 5 🌟's (stars), but I'm not because of a strange thing that continues to happen... When I first get to a Best Buy store, at least 3, sometimes 5 or 6, helpful associates will ask what I'm looking for. When I get done telling them I'm fine and will let them know when I need help, they summarily disappear. Finding one 5 or 10 minutes later is usually very difficult.

Best Buy is my favorite electronic store and is for me like putting a kid in the candy store. They have a good selection of items you are shopping for and somewhat knowledgeable staff to help you. And, the Best Buy website is excellent also.

Went for information on scanners-sales person was helpful-choices at store did not meet my needs-I am a senior with limited tech skills-it would be helpful if sales people would dumb down their presentation

I had a great experience today. I need customer service help to trade in my printer and I had a wonderful guy named Benjamin help me out through the whole process. Ben not only gave me great customer service but also was very informative about my printer questions and made sure to give me the deal possible!
