Best Buy

Definitely my favorite of all Best Buy locations. The cell phone department is highly skilled and knowledgeable. The rest of the workers here have a great attitude and are always willing to help.

Very rude and they openly show that their engagement towards customers are solely to make sales. Worked in retail before and I engaged with customers who aimed to buy merchandise that same day and customers who may purchase merchandise at a later time all the same. Here though... wanna buy one of our products right now? Long talks and smiles! Just curious and will probably buy some other time? Middle finger for ya!

I had the best experience while picking up my online order. Team member was happy to adjust the price for my item.

Very helpful. It was as if the staff actually wanted to help me find what I wanted. They were not concerned about how much I wanted to spend. They asked the questions to find the best laptop for my needs.

Best Buy is trash! Their customer service sucks! And plus they're rude! Don't waste your time going to Best Buy! I asked a employee where the phone chargers were and he said that he didn't know! Like come on you work there! You should know! I had a bunch of other terrible Best Buy moments but that's the one I wanted to say. I would give Best Buy 0 stars but I have to put a star so I'm able to post this review. But they don't deserve that one star!
