Best Buy

There are employees ready to help with any questions, at any point and you never have to chase one down. At the same time, it doesn't feel like they are staring over your shoulder. Store is laid out well and organised. Prices are good and they price match for those areas in which they could improve.

Good selection of products. Most of staff is knowledgeable on products. Don't expect BEST prices but still better than most. Catch them on a good sale and you can make out well.

Spoke to Cody at the cell phone section. Very honest and helpful. I even told him that I'd need to think about my decision, and he just said, "Sure, glad to help." I don't need pressure or aggressive tactics to make purchases (*cough* Verizon Store). If Best Buy locations offer this kind of service, I wonder why some of these other stores bother paying the overhead to keep their own (terrible CS) stores open.

Great store have purchased many items here including computers also cell phones also cameras if you're looking for a camera make sure you go see Carl Last but not least who can forget Tony has been very helpful with cell phones for a long time

Excellent customer service. Came in and the lady sitting with another customer said someone would be with me shortly so I wasn't standing aimlessly. Within a few seconds Ravi comes over and helps me with my purchase. Not only did he help but he goes out the way to ensure that the product/phone was working to my satisfaction BEFORE I left the store (took about 20 minutes where he was super patient with me). Excellent A+ all the way.
