Best Buy

I purchased an entire appliance suite in 2015 at this location and had amazing customer service then. I recently had a warranty issue that was severely mishandled by an Indianapolis location Pacific Kitchen's manager and left me completely confused. I even went back in to clarify and still got the run-around and it left me questioning if I was being cheated. I called the Vernon HIlls store and spoke to Andre , who answered all of my questions clearly and accurately. The warranty news wasn't what I wanted to hear, but I appreciated Andre's honesty and he even apologized for the service I received at the Indy location.

Best Buy is my Go To Store first. Great selection, knowledgeable employees, just a great place to shop.

Not really a best buy person.. Came here with a friend and it was just as i expected. Meh.. Someone always trying to get you to buy something for their commission and the store is boring. Idk best buy is like circuit city to me.
