They'll go out of their way to make you happy! Including price matching. Good deals and they guarantee a refund if the price goes down in the next two weeks. I just got $22 back for a $169 32" TV I got about 1 week ago.

Typical Best Buy store. Hard to find customer agents, especially during regular days of the year. The agents seem always busy with something except they don't have time for you unless you find them (if you find one). Best Buy cash register systems is always weird to me. They have a peculiar customer line formation style at the cash registers. I wish they could pay more attentions to the user experiences and store architecture.

Deplorable handling of "recycling" old TVs and electronic equipment. Called and also looked online regarding their recycling program. Family trying to responsibly dispose of old unwanted and obsolete TVs. Was told that they take old TVs and electronic equipment. Walked into store, and person up front said yes, we take old TVs, please bring it in. We did, and then were told there is a fee of $25 for each television we brought. Never mentioned this when I called, when I looked up their policy online, and never mentioned this until we had dragged all of our old TVs into the store. Lesson is: no good deed goes unpunished, especially at Best Buy. I won't be renewing my membership there, and will make all my purchases via Amazon from now on.

I had good experiences with this location I think that 75% of the people that work there have provide me a good customer service and I really like the warranty in their accessories

Good prices, reasonable service. Nice to have a local store to buy tech hear from.
