Great place to shop or browse. Easy returns & they price match! Customer service is great. Salespersons very knowledgeable about products in their store. I highly recommend them.

Got a ton of appliances at their appliance outlet store. All items look great. Just wish alittle more clarity with %s that are off. Had coupon for appliances 50% off but was told couldn't apply. I tried, not mad just wished more clarity.

Came in to look for some wireless headphones with my boyfriend, looked around for maybe 5 minutes before approached by African American woman with shoulder length hair who worked there. Asked if we needed help, we replied “we’re just looking for some wireless headphones and not sure which ones are the best.” As she’s radioing exactly word for word, with an attitude too, what we just said, we thought she was calling over someone in that department to assist us. Guess she thought we were shoplifting so she literally stood moved a couple feet away away from us and hovered over us, just watching and didn’t even care to help. Are you serious!? We came in to YOUR store, about to make a purchase and that’s how you treat your customers? This place needs to retrain or hire some professional people. Never coming back, terrible terrible first and only time coming to this Best Buy! Lol what a joke

The people at this place are very helpful, so it's easy for you to go in and get what you need and get out. The staff at Best Buy are always happy and eager to help in any way they can. They are also very knowledgeable and tech savvy.

Very helpful staff. I brought a cell phone I was in and out. No problems. This is the very best place to buy a cell phone.
