The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and concerned about my needs. Though I didn't get the tv that day , I have ample knowledge as to what to get moving forward. Kudos Homewood Best Buy!

I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience at this location!! It's been a very long time that I've experienced GREAT customer service like this! From management (who understood my frustration as I needed a laptop for my business and he gave me a discount to appease me) to store associates, specifically Roman in Electronics who was very knowledgeable about the products to the entire team that helped me select an awesome open box laptop after the one I'd purchased online was corrupt. Jelissa was absolutely wonderful at the return counter and very polite. I would highly recommend this store anytime as they've restored my respect with in-store shopping.

It's best buy. They match Amazon if sold by Amazon. Very good.

Bought a movie today. The cashier, La Tonya, was talking on her cell phone at the register. When I walked up to the register, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and told the person on the phone "I'll call you back, someone needs something." She then rang me up as quickly as possible so she could get back to her phone. When I told her that I was a MyBestBuy member, she got an attitude and went back to get my phone number. She then did not tell me the total and then chose what kind of receipt I wanted without asking me or allowing me to choose for myself (which is why that portion of the transaction is pointed towards the customer and not the cashier) when I went to hand her the money, she was back on her phone texting someone. I cleared my throat and she looked at me and rolled her eyes again. She took the money and took the change, put it into hand, and stuck it out he air in front of, all the while NOT LOOKING AT ME ONCE. I took the money and she put my receipt on the counter on, on top of my bag. She was again on her phone. I walked out but not before I took down her name. La Tonya is an awful employee and should really pay attention to the people who are paying her salary. This Best Buy is the closest one to my house but I don't think that I will be shopping there if this is how I am going to be treated.
