Best Buy

Never again will I have anything installed here. You’re commanded to show up early for your appointment, then you sit and wait, totally knowing you’ll have to come back for them to finish the job. There is ONLY ONE guy in Geek Squad installation. I’m already more than half an hour past when they were supposed to start on my car. I keep getting told “it’ll only be a few more minutes.” Yeah right. And don’t address me as “dear,” okay? Fortunately, I’m not your wife or girlfriend. I’m so disgusted I’m ready to f’ing walk out the door.

Great customer service, very helpful. Great store. But some how never carry what I need. Granted some things I look for may not be as needed by others. Even if they don't have what I need they will go out of there way to help me find it else where. I appreciate that, it contributes toward great customer service.

Visited for an iPhone battery replacement shortly ago. It’s a Best Buy so you kind of know what you’re getting into I guess. Friendly staff but my quoted time took about 30 min longer than quoted. All in all a good visit and a store staffed with seemingly knowledgeable staff.

Great people that work there. I was looking to purchase a TV and I wasn't really sure which one was the best one so I went there to try several televisions out and see if I like them. The staff and electronics work above and beyond to make sure that not only was I well informed with the televisions they had there but also changed configurations on the sets to show how easy it was to work the televisions as well. Other Best Buys would have had a problem with me being so detailed, but these guys were fantastic. I would definitely come back to this Best Buy and buy more stuff.

Highly satisfied. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking to buy all brand new appliances for my kitchen.... needless to say I did buy exactly what I wanted with the help of your team... great price!! It's hard now days to find great costumer service. I truly found it at this location!!!!!!
