Micro Center

I was looking for a refurbished PC. I found one I liked, but they didn't have it in stock. They let me choose another PC that was better and newer for the same price. They also gave me a free USB even though I didn't have the coupon. I will come here again.

Very helpful staff. They are good people who help out in the technological needs. I went to buy camera accessories - they have good deals. Computers and laptops - wide choice of selection.

One of the few brick and mortar stores still around with actual good prices for their stuff. The best part about this store is they have a demo unit for almost anything high end, so if you're getting a monitor for example you'll be able to see it in action connected to a computer first. 30 day returns with no questions asked is nice, and when I bought my monitor there they offered to let me bring it to their service counter to plug it in and make sure there were no dead pixels before driving all the way home with it.

Friendly staff, good selection. Totally okay with having salesperson put his sticker on item to receive credit. Salespeople know their inventory, and will search for those "hard to find" parts in their online inventory. Hope they can continue to remain sustainable in our "Amazon centric" shopping era.

Last of a dying breed of actual real computer stores. Almost anything you could ever ask for on the shelves right in front of you and no wait for an online order. My laptop died and about $250 later I have it up and running. Everyone is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Would repair laptop again.
