I am very happy with the prompt diagnosis and fair pricing at Oak Park-Chicago Computer Club. I was treated very well by staff who made sure I understood my options. Even though my computer was toast, they found a reasonable replacement and I went home happy

It could have been 5stars, but it’s only one :(
I called for a quote and was told I need to pay $39 for “diagnostic”. 
I am sorry, I don’t need diagnostic. I know what is wrong with my computer. I need to know how much you are asking to fix it. Then, I can make a decision if I’d like you to do the job for me. 
I am taking my business elsewhere!
