Best Buy

This is really more of a review of our experience with James than Best buy. James was very knowledgeable, personal yet professional, has very good listening skills and good way of understanding where his customer level of understanding or knowledge of the product is ( mine was zero) therefore establishing good rapport and trust. I enjoyed my interaction with him. Great job!

Tonight's experience just reiterated my feelings about Best Buy in general. They do not care about customers!!! This location is supposed to be open till 9:00 p.m. and when I arrived at 8:45 p.m. the "entrance" door was already blocked and one of their employees was standing at the "exit" door telling everybody that the store is closed. . Another reason for me to take my business someone else or online at Amazon.

I went to get a new phone and service was not there at all. I was there for like 15-20 mins looking like a lost dog. A very nice gentleman came from the other department and helped with the sale and was very good with customer service thank you manny. If not I would of gave it a one star.

Horrible Service, I went to buy a Laptop and after wondering 20 minutes this fat Hispanic guy asked if I need help, I tell him I have no idea of computers but I want to buy a Laptop for my daughter, he mocks me & says "so is your daughter in high school or college.?" When I don't look over 25, I tell him that my daughter is on 5th grade and ask him to explain which is the best laptop he has, he gives me very short explanations and don't even look at me, at the same time he talking on the earpiece he has And as soon as this white lady approaches he tells me he is going to assist her, why.. because she white.? I can't believe it, my own race, but well, he leaves and never comes back, I ended up waiting 15 minutes, the store was almost empty, nobody comes to help me and the employees chitchating and laughing. I left and ended up buying my Laptop on Target where the employee gave me excellent customer service.

As most Best Buys Grest service good pricing and selection. its tax season and I'm a preparer and in constant need of ink for printer,so far the best price I've found on ink.
