Excellent customer service and a wide selection of products for consumers. Great location at the John Hancock Center. Convenient shopping and pick up for orders.

NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my Galaxy S9+ at this store which was released last week. Didn't realize it was defective until the next morning. No physical damage to the phone. No scratches, no cracks (There is a subtle bubble next to the speaker). . . Went back to exchange it, and they claimed I damaged it and want $35 restocking fee. Like they didn't trust what I said. They said general manager said no. He didn't even show up to help. No Help at all. . No Help Available if you find out defective later on. . . I didn't expect best buy experience to be this bad... the worst is the people working here.

This Best Buy is really big. The location is great. The selection is great. The prices are comparable to what you would expect from Best Buy. If you want to save money and your from out of state, say like Michigan, do yourself a favor and look at the item and go home to purchase it, you will save on sales tax. Chicago has high sales tax.

Service was great! Sales rep was very thorough and helpful explaining everything to me about the product I purchased as well as setting up an appointment with Geek Squad for Installation.

Browsed the selection of electronics, smaller than the usual BB Big Box stores but friendly staff and some decent "open box" deals.
