Best Buy

The store is good, but the Customer Support Phone Line leaves much to be desired. They are less than knowledgeable. I had warranty questions only. I know more than they do technically, having built many computer systems on many computer networks.

I came here to exchange my yoga 730 for another one of the same model because of some defect. The staff where super nice and got the job done very fast. Thank you best buy!

As Best Buy locations go, this one is nice. Courteous (& helpful) staff with an enclosed parking lot on the roof accessed by ramp on the building's West side.

I picked up a battery for my GoPro from this store. Their staff helped me out the moment I entered the store and pointed me exactly where I could find them. I also found that they had some really good tripods and other camera accessories. My checkout was quick and I was out in no time.

This associate was good but the associate didn't tell me about the Best Buy Rewards when I bought a MacBook Wirth 826. Had he told me I could have stacked up some rewards points and discounts. So I was disappointed.
