Best Buy

Massive upgrade from the old Best Buy experience. Lots of sales staff with moderate knowledge of the products. Well stocked with both low, mid, and some upper end product.

I stopped at Best Buy because my vacuum cleaner was broken...or so I thought!! The salesman was quite patient while I explained all of my past vacuum cleaner frustrations. He asked me if I had cleaned the filter on top of the unit...but I was almost sure there was no filter on top of the unit. So, instead of buying another $200 vacuum I decided I should at least look to see if there was indeed a filter on top. Guess what? Yes, there was a filter on top and yes it was completely filled with dust...so after the cleaning, my vacuum began to work perfectly once again...and so the Best Buy salesman saved me $200!!!

Went in looking for a gift or two. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. They usually have everything I need whenever I go. Prices feel a bit high, but that will just always depend of what you want/need to buy and time of the year.sales.

The selection is huge!!!! Paired with the amazing staff. This is a place you have to visit especially if you love tech

Electronics stores are becoming somewhat obsolete, but it is nice to have somewhere to go to test out electronics like phones, computers, tablets, etc before buying them, a luxury online shopping doesn't offer. The employees are friendly, but infamously will ask you if you need anything every 2 seconds. I hardly think they need as many employees as they do to run normal operations, but I suppose it provides jobs in the area. I'm glad they are there, but I know my way around the store very well and hardly ever need assistance. I'm afraid electronics stores will be the next game stores, and will quickly fall out of favor for online alternatives. Multiple Best Buys near me have shut down, which sucks.
