Purchased a television and the following week it went on sale, asked them to honor the price and they wouldn’t. Bad customer service on their part especially when Best Buy is across the street with the same deals. Lost my business

Absolutely the best service we have ever had. The repair techs were prompt, very knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our TV and the service.
