Wow....they were all so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 5 min. As soon as I came in the door he called for someone to meet me in the department to help me and explained to him what I needed. The rep he called got it for me and rang me up. He was very nice too.

I forgot the reps name, so my apologies. My son and I came here to get replacement cell phones for both of us. No one approached us to offer assistance on our AM stop here. We came back in the PM because others stores we went to left me feeling like I was about to be conned. The African American rep was the only one who approached us to offer assistance, while he was running to get accessories for his current customer. There were other store associates standing around chatting with each other. The AA rep was informative, friendly, professional and charming. If only the other employees would catch on!

The staff is always been really nice. Usually even when I'm just browsing and would rather not be bothered LOL. That said I ordered online and item that was in stock at this particular store and it should have been ready in an hour so I was there about 2 hours later and I was told that it was not there. A notification email would have been nice to save me the trip and cancelled the order. Somewhere a check and balance should be put in to make sure that people don't make unnecessary trips because I have seen people get quite upset over things like that. Obtaining credit back to my account was hassle-free. Three stars because this is not the first time it has happened

I stayed in here way longer than I needed to. The only helpful people were the security guard because he held my item while I headed to Target and the lady at the register. Two of the employees seemed to just be walking around, & one of my younger brothers asked someone for help and .. nothing. Was I because they thought I was a child? That was on my mind the whole time as to why no one would help. Found my television on my own and my younger brothers helped to carry it.

Went there for assistance with my phone.... Even though, i didnt purchase my phone from them.... they helped me out a lot.... Great Service
