Over the weekend I went with my wife to buy a new computer for our house. We were extremely happy with Staci's service she provided us over the weekend. She was very helpful with all of our questions. My wife has a habit of asking a lot of questions, but Staci never seemed annoyed to answer all of our questions. We bought a new Dell computer "all in one" with a new printer, all of which staci recommended and it seems like it was the right decision and exactly what we were looking for!

This bestbuy I visited was not a intentional visit, I was around this bestbuy and just thought of going and browsing things. It turned out to be a great experience multiple reasons 1) Place is quite spacious and not clustered as I have seen in my area in Newport Jersey City 2) I was able to look almost at every item just because I had enough time and surprisingly didn’t feel that anything was missing 3) Most importantly staff was very caring and helpful, in every single section I entered staff came and checked with me if I need any kind of help or any additional information Overall my experience to this store was awesome compare to my visits to different store like in Jersey City, New York city and Secaucus. I would surely recommend this place as this would give you more comfortable environment and allowing you to take your time to compare and think to conclude on what product you would like to buy out of lot of options. Quality wise I didn’t see much different compared to other stores but neatness was something that I liked about this place so if you are around do visit no matter if you want to buy something or not… Cheers!

In store they're pretty great. Where they fall short is over the phone. I've tried to call multiple times, and each time I wait half an hour or more only to hear someone pick up the phone, sigh, and hang up. It's been different days as well. First two times, thought it could be a mistake. Now I'm pretty sure it's not. Being able to reach a store is important to me, and they fall very short. Otherwise would be 4 stars.

Food is amazing. Staff could use a little work. But go for the food you'll love it.
