Micro Center

When you first walk in, you can't believe how large the place is. The prices are for the most part unbeatable, but do your research obviously. Their selection is huge and they have tons on display. It's great to have the ability to see everything in person before you buy it instead of ordering online. You can't beat this place if you are looking to buy a processor or motherboard with their bundle deal. No online retailer even comes close on price. They have everything you would need for building your own computer. They also have mice, keyboards, towers, and headsets all out on display to see and feel. There is a large selection of pre-built desktops and laptops for people looking for something simple too. Depending on who helps you, they may be great or may drive you crazy. They could be more selective with who they hire. I was able to get a price match from a week old add they had in their flier but only after talking to three different people. There is only 3.5% sales tax as well which really helps when you are spending a good chunk of money. I would definitely go here again to build a new computer. Looking forward to going back when I need something new.

Good prices and environment. Some employees are very helpful and friendly, others are just okay. It depends on your luck. I've been there three times and the first two they were very courteous and always checking to see if i had everything i needed. But last time, i was there to pick up an item i had reserved. It was a laptop from the open box section they have on their website. Once i was there i checked the laptop and one of the keys was broken so i asked if they had another one and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know, man. Just check the website." I did check the website and showed him that they did, in fact, had another one, he just told me to reserve it and show him the order number once i was ready. It didn't feel great, but overall, you'll be treated nicely.

Great prices and fast knowledgeable staff. there's often a line at checkout but they get thru it fast. I've had to make 2 returns and both were done without incident. highly recommend. P S - three ALL STAR employees I've dealt with: Dan Myers (retired), Jimmy in Dell Area & Isabella are all awesome

I absolutely love micro center because their deals are some of the best available online and at their local stores. You can find basically anything you are looking for at this technology super duper store. I have build my computer from scratch at micro center and saved so much money as compared to other online only based stores. I would recommend this place if you are looking for knowledgeable tech specialist to help you on your next purchase.

Best computer store around or I should say only computer store around. But if there were others I would only shop at Microcenter. Price and service they are so good. Knowledgeable staff they always try to be helpful.
