This is my new go to store for all my home purchases. The staff is professional and they know their products. Last week, my fiancé and I made our first of many purchases to come. The sales associate appeared to be new, so he asked for his manager's assistance. She was patient and took the time to go over all the details of our purchase, which really made us feel comfortable. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. I usually like to shop around before I buy anything, but this time I didn't feel the need. The staff here really understands the true meaning of customer service.

What a nice store. Always clean and well organized! I find that the salesman there are wonderful too! Not too pushy and really know their stuff!

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Best place to shop! My husband and I buy all our electronics here, for ourselves and our children... TVs, Laptops, Headsets.. and our home security cameras! Highly recommend if you are looking for the best care and best price! Ask for Craig!!!

Always a great experience when I deal with Craig, the general manager. I have shopped there numerous times over the years and he always takes care of me and whenever I leave there I always feel like I got the best possible deal for the product that I buy!!

Amazing experience! Put a hold on a washer and dryer during Black Friday price but wasn’t ready to purchase. Came back months later and changed my mind for a cheaper model, only to have buyer’s remorse and desperately wanted the original, much more expensive models. Unfortunately, the price was no longer available! Ola was amazing at helping me find what I needed and at the ORIGINAL cheaper Black Friday price! I was able to save over $600 and feel great about my purchase. Not to mention, the delivery was set up for the next day and they were STILL able to promise that delivery with the new switch. I am forever thankful and will be coming back for kitchen appliances - they did not disappoint! Thank you to Ola and your manager, Craig!
