Best Buy

This Best Buy has the most limited stock and availability of any Best Buy I've ever visited. Their staff seems to lack any enthusiasm and willingness to help. It's only saving Grace is the fact that it's location is convenient and easy to get to and it's the only "Electronics" store in the area. If I had any other alternative is would most likely choose that over this particular Best Buy.

Customer service representative that helped me was good, I had to search for help. Employees standing around talking amongst themselves but once found someone she was helpful

Returned two moniters that I thought could not be used for what I wanted. After talking to a very knowledgeable employee I realized the moniters I bought could be used the way I wanted. Tried to rebuy the product but could not do so at the same price since the item was no longer in sale. This did not seem like the employees fault but that there is no way to override the price for an item I returned minutes earlier was aggravating.

They lie about the product just to make a sell. I specifically asked about something and it was promised to be the right thing I was looking for, but later found out it was a lie. They didn’t accept the return because it passed 14 day return period even though they sold me an incorrect product. Now I’m just left with spreading the word to avoid Best Buy, especially this one. :(

Disgraceful. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend that anyone purchase anything from them. I bought my computer there and should have checked out their reviews on line. My experience was like many others and my computer still has the same problem after repeated attempts to fix it. They play a shell game with managers. If you call the 800 number they lie to you and tell you someone will get back to you. In the future, I will shop somewhere else. I gave this store 1 star because you can't post your comments with no starts.
