Best Buy

Typical Best buy, I'm a huge electronics fan so there's very little in that store that doesn't interest me. Just like most Best Buy stores are, you usually have to get lucky with which employee greets you, majority of them don't know what they're even talking about or just flat out do not want to be there but every handful of those employees there's usually at least one that actually knows their stuff and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Again, you typically have to get lucky for any of those employees to even be around or working when your there but once you find them, or they find you, you definitely know who your dealing with.

Although sales associate Russ did save the day in assisting me, it was after I had to actively search (again and after a 7- minute wait for assistance from my first request) for a staff person to help me. I'm not a regular shopper at this particular location because of the challenge of finding someone to help. Despite it being a holiday, the store was not overrun with customers, therefore staff could have made themselves available. However, this was not the case and my visit took a lot longer than it should have. I visited the store for 1 specific item, so I was not browsing... that said, plenty of "blue shirts" walked by me and/or looked through me for what may have been a fear of helping. I would have shopped online, but wanted to obtain my item quickly without waiting for delivery as it was a gift for my mom. Today's visit just reinforced why I haven't been to this location since last year when pretty much the same thing happened.

This Best Buy at the Fashion Center is great. My salesperson was awesome answer all my questions and a lot of questions because I brought a new computer. The Best Buy at the Garden State Plaza in my opinion no good the salesperson didn't answer my question that were too busy so I left and went to the other Best Buy that was my experience

Again another best buy with a smell store and poor customer service. I'd rather buy online then to deal with horrible service. Unfortunately I'm not happy being followed around the store like PC Richardsons does but at least I'm not ignored like garbage.

Very helpful, attentive staff. Anthony A. was particularly helpful at my last visit. From store to store of Best Buy's, the staff come across as genuinely wanting to help, this location included.
