Best Buy

Beware of buying appliances here. We purchased a washer, dryer, dishwasher, hookups, delivery and installation. When it came time for delivery, they tried to shake is down for another $159 for the installation of the dishwasher. The sales person said it was a small amount ($20 or $30) when we bought the install kit and delivery. It took about 5 days for delivery. When we looked back at our receipt, the kit was not there not was there an installation. Truth is, we were shopping around for dishwashers and should have been told that there was this $159 fee especially when we paid serious cash for three major appliances. I feel like we were either misled or Best Buy made an error. Either way, they did nothing to fix the problem other than saying they will gladly take another $159. As a side note, delivery took 5 days which is also less than ideal. Go to Home Depot, Lowe's, PC Richard or just about anywhere else. They will match prices.

I love this store. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their departments. Anytime I have questions I never have any problems getting an answer. No run around, no trying to get me to buy something I don't want or need.

This isn't a bad store front to visit for in person technology purchases. They can have prices at or better than some selections on Amazon for certain computer or mobile accessories if you catch a good sale. The staff has always been pleasant, and the one time I needed to return items, it was completely hassle free. I took off two stars because their mobile accessories selection is pretty bad with regards to screen protectors and cases. If you don't own a Samsung Galaxy or Note, or an iPhone 6s/7 or later (although I don't think dimensions have changed in 3 years) you're pretty much out of luck finding a case or screen protector in store. Sometimes what the store says it has in stock at Best Buy's website and what's actually there doesn't match, which resulted in an unnecessary trip to pick up a reserved item that was not there.

Jordan is awesome and a class act! He and Dave were great, super patient and knowledgeable in helping guide me in the best direction. Jordan was absolutely phenomenal and the reason my product - Verizon hotspot - worked at all. He spent an hour after closing ensuring everything was in working order for me. Such a class act! Buying TVs here is super easy - Dwayne and Scott are great and a true pleasure to work with!

Emmanuel was VERY helpful. He took the time to show me how to use my projector and told me what I needed without an extra expense.
