Best Buy

Came to buy a lap top and had a great experience thanks to Steven B. He was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable!! He clearly explained many different options and helped to find the best option for our budget! It was refreshing to be helped by a sales consultant who listened to what we said and helped us find exactly what we came in for!

Very nice people. A nice young guy (whose name I can't remember, unfortunately) was very helpful when I couldn't find an SD card reader. This is a great Best Buy location.

Best Buy is a busy place, but they always have something going on, in, or out, as any good Best Buy does. Sales were going on, recycling going in, and my money going out of my pocket. It is my sincere hope that all they collect goes to some place where it's reused, because I want to support a place like that. The customer service is pretty good. I do wish that I could get better information on products and that there was a better sense of selection, but it's a good place to get specific things.

Went to this location to buy a computer. After a lot of deliberation and discussion with the sales rep, I followed his recommendation and purchased laptop. After several weeks of use the computer is very slow, much slower than my 5+ year old computer that it was meant to replace. Because of their corporate "15 day" return policy, they won't help me fix it. Rep did me wrong and Best Buy the company won't help me. I wouldn't recommend going here.

Decent store for electronics. Have had a hard time finding certain items that I was looking for. But as far as this best buy goes I haven't ever had any big problems with this location
