Best Buy

Best Buy at Queen's Center offers you the ability to check products first hand. It would be a great loss to customers if this option wasn't available. Sometimes you can make an in-store purchase and not have to wait for an online delivery. Also, what I like, is the choice to order online and do a store pickup. The layout of this Best Buy is like most others and they move things around so each visit you need to navigate through product aisles of no interest hoping you would get interested. My only complaint is the kids working there try to see how loud they can thump the stereo systems. I'm happy this store is convenient for me. They got everything. Great customer service and return policies. You can order from online and pick up in store easily. Dont have to wait too long in line.

I've noticed that most best buys are pretty empty, as in not as many bodies around. Considering how big of a store it is, I'm surprised. While I understand it's retail, it's still surprising. We went to the Samsung desk, and asked about a wristband for our watches. The guy was pretty friendly.

This is an electronic and appliance store with a varied stock. The lighting is bright enough to properly evaluate the merchandise. The people are friendly and helpful. The store is on the second floor of the mall. The mall has a paid parking lot.
