Reviews

Do yourself a favor and avoid these "home theater consultants". They are far less friendly, helpful and knowledgeable than their competition both locally and online. I was looking for help with the audio for my newly built home theater and wasted well over an hour watching the sales associate stumble around, look for info and incorrectly stumble through product specifications. I will be looking to spend my $10,000+ elsewhere, from a company that actually understands the products that they sell.

Don't waste your time and money.  After $40k+ spent in what we thought was going to be a great home theater- we are left with an AV system that still doesn't work months after installation and a terrible support staff and return time.  Wish we could get our money back.
