Nice place... nice location... But remember that buying in Manhattan means that you have to pay sales tax. I bought a 119 speaker and i had to pay 10 in taxes. Keep in mind the travelling folks! Advertised prices DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES

Nice store. Good prices. But the client service is terrible. If you are a foreign, be prepared to be totally ignored. I was there twice, in August and November. Both times ignored. I was looking for some information about a product ask for help many times the people who work at the store and nobody even looked to me. I ended up looking for the information on internet.

Big fan of this place. Tons of blue shirts running around to answer your questions. They are relatively knowledgeable of the products. Tons of products. Never a line at the register. Dedicated sales staff for certain large ticket items a nice touch and something you won't get at Amazon.

The location is great, it is very convenient is you live in this area. Sales' quality differs a lot, I have met someone very knowledgeable and helpful, and also someone extremely stupid. Customer service here is very good.

Clean, organized, some nice rep's but when an Item is in stock and it's popular they hold it for themselves. I went in to purchase Pay Day 2 for the Nintendo Switch the guy kept telling me they didn't have it in stock even though I called and they told me they did. I even checked online to see if they did. The rep continued to say they didn't and that maybe it just got sold. Well the game did get sold to another rep holding it for himself which is against company policy also you can't purchase an item while you're on the clock have to be clocked out. He told me he can order it but I wouldn't get it for 2 weeks. He then recommended me to go to GameStop -_- I'm an Elite Plus member with Gamer Club unlocked I'm loyal to Best Buy why the hell would you bring up the competition. I ordered it myself online got my discount and used my points towards the game. Due to my Elite Plus status I received next day delivery. This store is usually great I guess some rep's were replaced with those who could care less about the company they work for. They only care about their own gain.
