Best Buy

The Best Buy has almost every electronic you may need. The staff are very friendly and seem happy working there, rather than the depressed staff you see at many retail stores. When we asked for help we got the help we needed immediately, and the cashier was jolly in checking us out and we went home happy. Very nice place.

Camera department is great. Gentleman who helped me was very friendly . I let him know I am considering moving to area and he was very helpful with local info. Knows his stuff, I was very impressed. He was not pushy at all, he was more informative than anything. I also walked into other departments and all staff I came across was very attentive.

Best Buy is the best place to buy electronics and other home appliances. They have the best customer service I have ever seen. The customer service agents are friendly and they give you good summary about the things you want to buy.

Richmond Galleria Store! BAD BAD place to buy from or do returns! Assistant manager is very disrespectful and rude. They label you at this store! Just go to another store don't waste your time! Meyerland, or any other Best buy is better. Don't do it!

Great store. Definitely made a come back. Like going there when needing fast quick electronics related service. Good service
