I'm Sitting Here in The Store... After Purchasing $2000 WORTH OF FURNITURE FROM THEM. 3 DAYS LATER MY KING BED BREAKS COMPLETELY DOWN TO THE FLOOR. DUE TO THE CARELESS EFFORT OF THE DELIVERY GUYS WHO DIDN'T WANT TO ASSEMBLE THE BED BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO LEAVE... UNTIL ASKED.. HEY DON'T YOU GUYS HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THIS???.... HIS REPLY "NO". A CALL WAS MADE... SO THEY WERE TOLD TO ASSEMBLE THE BED. MYSTERIOUSLY 10 MINUTES LATER THE BED WAS UP.... SO WE THOUGHT. A DAY AND A HALF LATER THE BED COLLAPSED. CAME IN THE NEXT MORNING AND EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE SITUATION..... 4 DAYS LATER.... I HAVE TO COME UP HERE AND ACT OUT OF CHARACTER JUST TO GET SOMETHING DONE.... PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE. ONCE THEY GET YOUR $$$.... THEY COULD CARE LESS. AFTER STATING THAT THEY WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY.... 4 DAYS STRAIGHT... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE WATCH WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

This is the worst furniture store that I've ever seen. I bought a dinning table that took a week to be delivered and it was all scratched. I send it back because they told me that if something happened they will send me a new one. They threw it back in the truck and told me to wait one more week. 10 days later I decided to go there because I never received the new set or even a call from them. Short story is that they never send a new one. They wanted me to keep the damaged one. Finally they returned my money back but kept $50. So, I went to buy a furniture, lost 20 days waiting for it and ended up loosing $50. Don't trust in there people. They are a bunch of liars.
