The lady that was selling phones was extremely helpful. My Uncle bought a new Boost Mobile phone and his screen was broken so it was nearly impossible for us to transfer any of his data. The customer service lady that was selling phones was extremely knowledgeable about all the phones they sold and she was able to transfer all the data just buy where the icons SHOULD be. She was amazing. It's like she had memorized all of the screens for all of the phones. My Uncle was able to keep all of us pictures and sign in to his accounts with her help.

Always have the best customer service. Always attentive and worth going to this location. Been going here for years and when I go to another I sometimes find a lack of service. There are some that are good as this one but still a bit of a drive for those. But if this one does not have stock I will drive to those then drive to the next closest one.

I really appreciate great customer service when it comes to buying my electronics causeee I am not good with them! I went in there asking very basic questions and I was helped out every step of the way. I wanted to get my husband a brand new TV and they helped me choose out a great TV for nice price!

I bought both my laptop and tv here at Best Buy, two major purchases. And both experiences were great! What I noticed and that you need to know, you will have employees there who are very knowledgeable about the techs and specs and let them answer your questions and help you buy what you want. And do ask questions, don't be shy if they are simple ones. You want to walk out the store with confidence and no doubt about what you bought, and these people will definitely help you. Also, what would help is for you to do some research prior so you get some idea of the product you are looking for. And a great thing about this store you can see it first hand how it looks and works before you but. And you don't have to pay outfront the costs, especially large amounts. If you are approved for the Best Buy Credit Cards, you can make payments for next couple of months. They also have more payment plans to ease your purchase. Totally check them out. So overall, great place to check out on the latest techs and getting some advice and suggestions

I am not fond of any best buy to be honest the employees are never helpful they just send you from one employee to another cause they don't want to deal with you. They stopped putting there sales paper in Sunday's paper and their website is the dumbest website to look at the weekly sales ad needs work. Can't wait to finish paying off my credit card so I can be done with this place.
