Best Buy

We went to buy a new T. V. And they had what we wanted. My husband is up on his flat screens now, but there was a employee that really knew his flat screens. They always seem to have everything we need. You can order online and pick up there. That's a bonus, many stores do that but our item is always in purfect condition ! I like Best Buy and seem to have someone to help all through the store.

One of the managers there was very rude. The guy from electronics was assisting me and one of the managers interrupted us. He demanded for the guy to stop helping me to assist someone who he obviously didn't want to assist. I will no longer be shopping there. In addition, it always seem to be a shortage of workers in the floor. Customer service there sucks. You could literally wait in line for 15 minutes and if you compare the store to HEB you'd be out in five. Smh. Terrible customer service. I didn't enjoy the experience there at all and I'm haven't for a while. I will shop at another Best Buy.

Awesome place to shop for all your electronic needs plus they have Geek Squad to help. I don't go anyplace else for My TVS and Computer needs. Just bought my Fitbit Charge 2 there a d Geek Squad rep helped me load the App on my phone and got me set up.

I normally can't stand this best buy because no one ever helps us when we go in there nor are they friendly or knowledgeable. However, this time was a breathe of fresh or. James in the smart home section came right up and helped us and was by far the most knowlegeble person I've ever met there. We purchased a Nest thermostat and Phillips Hue starter kit and he knew everything there was to know about both and all other products related. So thanks James!

I love Best Buy so got nothing bad to say about it as I've used ones in Minnesota, Arizona and now Texas. Store associates are knowledge and prices are always competitive. Geek squad can be knowledgeable and also unknowing. As a consumer you can't expect perfection in an ever fast changing technology world.
