TRON----stand out employee at Best Buy. Came out to my home after a projector was mistakenly suggested to me. He came out and suggested the correct projector along with HDMI receiver and proper cords to be used. He is very knowledgeable of the products and works tirelessly to complete the job/task. I recommend this employee hands down 10 times over. Best Buy has one dedicated, hard working individual working for them! Great job Tron! Zero complaints---100 star service!

These people are awesome. They do their best to get you the best price in the best product. They go out of their way to assist anyone. I won't hesitate to do business with them in the future. I'll give him five stars

Took automobile in to have two front speakers installed that I purchased from Amazon. I was satisfied with the installation. However, a few days later when I check my box for items that were not installed, I find that my special ordered grilles that came with the speakers were missing. When I spoke with the installer he said he threw them out. I spoke to the manager and was advised to contact the installer for a replacement. When I went to pick up my grilles I was given a pair that I had not taken to them originally.

They have enough stock and always you can find and employee ready to help you in case you needed. They have competitive prices and good offers. The employees have enough knowledge to explain your alternatives and guide you to select the best options.

Walked in to the "television sales section" mostly for browsing but knowing which model TV I wanted. Jordan Greeted me, pulled the TV I requested and then went above and beyond in assisting me by showing me other options; describing new features and details. He ended up selling me on the greatest TV I have ever set eyes on. Thank you Jordan for your knowledge and professionalism.
