I shop here frequently and they are really good with service. I had an e-bike that kept turning off on my little girl during ride sessions. I called to bring it back and the process to store refund was smooth. Waited a few minutes but everything was taken care off! First time having to return an item. Will do more business in the future.

Very Good Customer Service. I went to replace a Bluetooth Headset that was under warranty and quit working. The unit I had was no longer available so they replaced it with a comparable model that was actually much better. The manager actually took care of the transaction and was VERY helpful. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

If it is tech and you need it, they probably have it. Terrific selection of PC components for DIY'ers as well as full systems, tools office supplies, accessories, etc. Good audio and TV section as well as a selection of home appliances. They also have the best selection of "as seen on TV" products I've seen anywhere. Getting help can be spotty to pretty good, depending on department and day.

This store sells everything!! From appliances, electronics, video game systems, to toys! They even have a cafe in it. It was overwhelming looking at everything! However, everything is organized and people will ask you if you need assistance a lot.

I visited this place to look for a phone cover for my new phone.. many employees there by ut not one asked if I needed assistance or if i wanted some help. None the less i left without a phone cover and disappointed with the quality of service i received which was a big 0. Maybe next time Fry's on a good day!
